This is the correct answer. Span, Panik, and Posey, the Giants 1-3 hitters yesterday, hit back-to-back-to-back (i.e. consecutive) homers. The years for these three clips are consecutive, when sorted: '92, '93, '94. But they're not in that order: they're actually '92, '94, '93. Hence my rejiggering of the Giants' lineup to Span ('92), Posey ('94), and Panik ('93). The supposed three most important factors to real estate investment are "location, location, location" -- the commonality between the three jams is that they were all played in Canada (two in the same venue, in fact). Anyway, I realize that's a twisted clue, but I don't think it was over-the-top cryptic considering a) @WayIFeel figured it out with a little help from the hint, and b) Googling and reading would give you a push in the right direction. Figuring out one of them, given the clue, would give you the years and the country for the other two, which narrows it down to about 20 shows:
