Shit I noticed that it was definitely Piper starting at the *very* end and it sounds like a Wolfman's Brother, leaving only a few possibilities. I ruled out 7/19/98 and just listened to 7/13/99, confirming that @andrewrose has it. Nice work! I got a little closer than usual but still no luck.
