Really sounds like this was an amazing crowd, very high energy. I wish the recordings were a little better, but the second set especially sounds like the source might be a little slow. However, this is an enjoyable show, with a very good Divided Sky, a young and interesting Tube, a great Magilla, and solid (though at times plodding, though again that might be the source recording) versions of SOAMelt, Foam and YEM. Possum is also above average and is signal-filled. The highlight by far, though, is a David Bowie which is filled to the brim with evil awesomeness (and signals and teases as well). Really enjoyed the Bowie. I'll also mention that Minute By Minute needs to come back, because it's awesomely awful as only Fish can be, and Communication Breakdown would make a nice change up for GTBT, although this version isn't executed well at all. Oh, and the Hood is pretty solid at the end, but it meanders and noodles for most of the jam.

So, all in all, I can't really see giving this 4 stars, as the only things that are clearly above average are the Bowie (definitely) and the Possum (slightly). So I'm going with three stars.
