Review by DaReba

DaReba listening to the tapes you gotta laugh. there's bottles breaking loud girls . And PAge's grand!
The they were so tight and so loud and round. The Melt is almost '95 ish. ambient trey just wailin' while the train barrells down the track.
PYITE is always good in my book.
Maze . Page was feeling himself and the new set-up obviously. They got very quiet at the beginning of his solo which always bodes well for the jam . Trey was giving the crowd what they needed. riding the mature rambunctious Fish for all he was worth . Great Early grand/hammond maze.
A nice Golg. Then Runaway jim which they were about to kill on this tour. Again Fish was so soft and understated for a jam rock band and it added to the round sound of the room and the band this night and this tour. I'm sure page's grand had something to do with it!! ;-)
This jim is so flighty and soft and celebratory. wish there was a sbd recording of it. Great set closer This wasn't rock n roll. this was some sonic jet roll. even with the dissonance thrown out ny trey at the end it was beautiful. the tone of his guitar was special.
Nice rift second set opener a weird Tweezer.
Reba!!!
solid show but lackluster once you know what happens the rest of the year. ;-)
