Here is the typical information requested in a tape tree form included in the signup announcement:

If you are a branch, will you be trading or sending blanks?_

This information is used to determine who will be branch parents and who will be leaves, and where people will fit into the tree structure, so be certain to include all information. Also, try to do it in the same order as it was listed in the signup announcement because some tree administrators use a small computer program to organize signups into the tree structure automatically.

"It's the information age, these days. And the Phishnet has really changed the face of the band, because anytime anything happens that's out of the ordinary -- which is practically every Phish concert -- everybody on the network knows about it the next night. We recently premiered six songs -- songs that didn't make our new album -- in the first gig of this tour. A bunch of people taped the show.
