For folks selling bootlegged tapes or CDs (rather than giving them away or trading them for free), you might follow the lead of this guy and leave negative comments that say "THIEF! Live Phish is NEVER sold. READ www.phish.net/faq/tape-qs.html GOT IT?!?"

For tickets, buy beware. We've heard of many folks getting duped, sending a wire transfer, and never getting anything, and others who've gotten tickets that turned out to be counterfeit.
