I agree with @Mike_Thong about the dates and tunes, but I think the theme is birthdays? or birthday-ish stuff? 12/31/95 is Fishman as Baby New Year, 4/13 is Trey's wrong birthday from his mug shot, and 10/31 is Brad Sands' birthday again? I don't know.
