TwiceBitten This is a great writeup and it's true what the man says. Some of the most emotional Phish jamming I've heard. There is one thing @Icculus doesn't mention (besides the amazing soundcheck) and I both respect him and am slightly puzzled by his omission. I think we all know what I'm talking about: drugs. I can respect this post for focusing on the music alone, but we all know that the sounds coming from the stage were made by some very unhealthy people and I feel that acknowledging the pain and drama of addiction does not in anyway discredit the music of Coventry but instead helps us see it from a place of deep personal struggle. Some of those bands the band is playing for their life and it really shows.
