This is a very opinionated review and quite negative. If you don't like it, stop going to shows and just listen to your old dusty 3rd generation tapes

I believe that Dan's tapes are almost all 1st or 2nd gen, fwiw. (And if they're not, I can probably upgrade you, Dan.)
