I don't think it's 3.0 either.
I disagree and think it is 3.0. The girl talking gives away this is an aud recording. And I'm not sure the technology was around in 1.0 or 2.0 to obtain such a crisp sound. If I'm wrong, this may be the clearest pre-3.0 aud recording I've ever heard.

That said, it's probably not 3.0 to further confuse us. @bl002e loves to do that!
