I lot of people seem to think it's 99-00 or 2.0 stuff, but honestly I think it could be 94-95. This is just downright scary, kind of like 12/29/94 Bowie. Not that later stuff doesn't ever get scary, but this just has that kind of feel to it. I think its a Tweezer or Bowie but I have no clue so I'll let someone else guess
