I agree somewhat except all those songs by GD are first set songs no matter what, Alaska was insane at MPP in my opinion- I couldn't get enough and Ocelot is maybe in my top 5 songs overall so I may differ than a lot of you. But using a term like set killing? If you mean it almost made me explode and thus killing me you are right. And walstib is probably right with the generation comment. I have never had a better time! Lovin the new songs! They have the lyrics and groove to continue to grow, put em wherever boys! and let em fight it out.
